Sticky, sweaty skin. The humid air suffocates you and leaves a pain in your chest. It’s too hot, too hot, too hot. You have to get inside. You sprint to the door, grab the doorknob and rush in. Sigh. A cold wall of air conditioning greets you and in a second, lowers your body temperature. Relief. You know that soon, your body will get used to the cold and it won’t be as satisfying. But for now, you’re out of the draining heat.
